Evil, is the word that comes

Evil, is the word that comes to mind. Did you know that in US submarines they let CO2 levels reach 11,000ppm, with beneficial calming efects to the crew. The more CO2 we release, the more we promote global biomas, it is plant food not a poison. Whats more, it makes its own way to the third world etc without needing to be delivered.

I agree that CO2 is important to promote biomass, but I'm unsure of your submarine reference. Do you have a cite for that?
